|1 large||Banana, frozen|
|6 \N||Strawberries, frozen (optional)|
|1 \N||Container fruit-flavored nonfat yogurt (I like pineapple)|
In a blender or food processor, whirl the ingredients together till smooth.
This will have a soft-serve consistency. If you like it firmer, spoon into serving dishes and put into the freezer for half an hour.
