Fruit frosty

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 large Banana, frozen
6 Strawberries, frozen (optional)
1 Container fruit-flavored nonfat yogurt (I like pineapple)

In a blender or food processor, whirl the ingredients together till smooth.

This will have a soft-serve consistency. If you like it firmer, spoon into serving dishes and put into the freezer for half an hour.
