Fried jack appetizers

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ pounds Sonoma Jack cheese
½ cup Flour
2 \N Eggs; lightly beaten
½ teaspoon Salt
½ cup Olive oil

Cut cheese into 2" squares, 1" thick. Roll in flour; dip into egg. Fry in hot oil just long enough for the cheese to turn golden in color. Warm 1 oz of your favorite liquor over the Fried Cheese and flambe. Squeeze halved lemons over flaming cheese. Serve immediately.
