Directions
Serves 4. Heat the oil in a heavy small skillet until it just starts to smoke. Add the garlic and jalapeno, immediately remove from the heat to cool. Using a slotted spoon, remove the fried garlic and jalapeno from the oil to your blender. Add the vinegar, mustard, corn syrup, worcestershire and hot sauce. Blend well. Gradually add the oil while blending. Season with salt and pepper. Store in the refrigerator. Source: David Nelson(c)1995
NOTE: Despite the list of ingredients, this dressing does not leave your mouth burning or reeking of heavy garlic. Naughty Nellie's Spice Blends are something I market. Just substitute cracked peppercorns and you will be fine. Dav
