Fresh tomato bake

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
8 mediums Tomatoes, peel & quarter
1 teaspoon Salt
⅛ teaspoon Pepper
1 teaspoon Sugar
½ teaspoon Dry mustard
2 tablespoons Margarine
2 larges Onions, sliced
2½ cup Fresh bread crumbs
6 tablespoons Margarine, melted
¼ cup Grated Parmesan cheese

Mix tomatoes, salt, pepper, sugar and dry mustard until well blended.

Saute onions in margarine for 5 minutes. Mix bread crumbs and margarine until blended. In a buttered 1½ quart casserole, layer the tomato mixture, the onions, then crumbs.
