Measure | Ingredient |

1 \N | Ripe pineapple, peeled, cored and cut into chunks |
10 ounces | Frozen raspberries, thawed |
10 ounces | Sliced strawberries, thawed |
\N \N | Sugar to taste |
2 tablespoons | Orange juice or orange liqueur |
\N \N | Mint leaves for garnish |
Puree the thawed fruit, then pass them through a sieve to remove the raspberries seeds. Stir in sugar to taste if need be with orange juice or liqueur
Set a clump of chopped pineapple in the middle of each dessert plate; drizzle sauce around the pineapple and garnish with mint leaves.
Yield: 4 to 6 servings
