Fresh pineapple boats

Measure Ingredient
1 large Fresh pineapple
\N \N Bibb lettuce leaves
1 cup Seedless grapes; halved
1 cup Fresh strawberries; halved
⅓ cup Chopped fresh parsley
1 cup Fresh strawberries; halved
2 \N Oranges or tangerines; peeled and
\N \N ; sectioned
2 \N Kiwifruit; peeled and sliced
2 \N Bananas; sliced
⅓ cup Chopped walnuts

Cut pineapple into quarters lengthwise, leaving leaves intact. Remove pineapple in chunks, leaving ½-inch shell. Line each pineapple shell with lettuce leaves. Combine 1 cup of the pineapple chunks with the grapes, strawberries, orange or tangerine sections, kiwi and bananas. Arrange tossed fruit on lettuce in the pineapple shells. Sprinkle with walnuts.
