1 | cup | All-purpose flour |
1 | cup | Pecans; finely chopped |
½ | cup | Butter or margarine |
½ | cup | Light corn syrup |
⅔ | cup | Brown sugar; firmly packed |
Directions
Combine flour and pecans in a large mixing bowl; set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in a medium saucepan; bring mixture to a boil, and remove from heat.
Drop dough by teaspoonfuls, 4 inches apart, onto well-greased cookie sheets. Bake at 325 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Cool 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheets.
