French doughnut muffins

Measure Ingredient
1 large Egg; beaten
⅓ cup Butter; melted
¾ cup Sugar
¼ teaspoon Salt
½ cup Milk
1½ cup Flour; plus 2 tablespoons
2 teaspoons Baking powder
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg
½ cup Sugar
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
⅓ cup Butter; melted

TOPPING

Combine first 9 ingredients and pour into muffin cups. Bake 400 15-20 minutes or until browned. Cool enough to handle. Combine sugar and cinnamon. Dip top of muffin into butter and then into sugar mixture. Serve immediately
