Sourdough doughnuts

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 pack Yeast
½ cup Warm water
3 tablespoons Oil
1 cup Sourdough starter (see recipe)
2 cups Self-rising flour
Oil for frying

Dissolve yeast in water; add oil and sourdough; stir until mixed. Add flour; mix well. Knead about 10 times on floured surface. Roll out and cut with doughnut cutter; let rise 45 minutes to 1 hour. Fry in hot oil.
