Fluffy pancakes

Ingredients

1teaspoonOil
1Egg
1cupMilk
cupFlour; any kind (I use a mixture of unbleached; whole wheat; and about 1/4 cup oat bran)
4teaspoonsBaking powder

Directions

Whip the egg and oil together until foamy, then add remaining ingredients.

Batter will be thick. Stir just until mixed, some lumps are ok. Makes about a dozen medium size pancakes.
