Yield: 4 Servings
|1½ cup||Flour; any kind (I use a mixture of unbleached; whole wheat; and about 1/4 cup oat bran)|
|4 teaspoons||Baking powder|
Whip the egg and oil together until foamy, then add remaining ingredients.
Batter will be thick. Stir just until mixed, some lumps are ok. Makes about a dozen medium size pancakes.
