Pancake fluffy

Quantity Ingredient
2 \N Eggs; sepatated
2 cups Milk
7 tablespoons Melted shortening (or oil)
3 teaspoons Baking powder
2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Salt

beat egg whites stiff and fold into other ingredients after they have been mixed together.

This makes a great pancake or waffle!!!! This is from my husbands grandmother.
