Fluffy waffles

Ingredients

| 1½ | cup | Flour |
| 1 | Table sugar | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | Table Baking powder | |
| 2 | Eggs seperated | |
| 1½ | cup | Milk or 1 cup canned milk |
| 1 | teaspoon | Vanilla |
Directions
Directions: Seperate eggs. Whip whites to a soft peak. Add yolks to milk.
Mix dry ingriedents, Slowly add liquid and stir till mixed. Fold in egg white. In waffle iron cook 2 mins 10 seconds( at least in mine) Great with buttermilk syrup.
