Measure | Ingredient |

1½ cup | Flour |
1 \N | Table sugar |
1 teaspoon | Salt |
1 \N | Table Baking powder |
2 \N | Eggs seperated |
1½ cup | Milk or 1 cup canned milk |
1 teaspoon | Vanilla |
Directions: Seperate eggs. Whip whites to a soft peak. Add yolks to milk.
Mix dry ingriedents, Slowly add liquid and stir till mixed. Fold in egg white. In waffle iron cook 2 mins 10 seconds( at least in mine) Great with buttermilk syrup.
