Fluffy waffles

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ cup Flour
1 Table sugar
1 teaspoon Salt
1 Table Baking powder
2 Eggs seperated
1½ cup Milk or 1 cup canned milk
1 teaspoon Vanilla

Directions: Seperate eggs. Whip whites to a soft peak. Add yolks to milk.

Mix dry ingriedents, Slowly add liquid and stir till mixed. Fold in egg white. In waffle iron cook 2 mins 10 seconds( at least in mine) Great with buttermilk syrup.
