Fluffy chocolate frosting

Yield: 12 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Butter -- softened
½ teaspoon Vanilla
1 pounds Powdered sugar
½ cup Cocoa
2 \N Egg white -- unbeaten
¼ cup Boiling water

Cream butter with vanilla and ½ cup of powdered sugar. Add cocoa and egg whites. Continue beating, adding powdered sugar and boiling water alternately until desired consistency is reached.
