Chocolate-fudge frosting

Ingredients

3tablespoonsUnsweetened cocoa powder
1cupSugar
cupEvaporated skim milk
3tablespoonsSafflower oil
¼teaspoonSalt
1teaspoonVanilla

Directions

In medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except vanilla. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 1 minute. Remove from heat. Add vanilla; beat 5 minutes with electric mixer. Spread over cake.
