Fluffy frosting with just whites

Yield: 8 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Sugar
⅓ cup Warm water
⅛ teaspoon Cream of tartar
1 dash Salt
1 tablespoon Just Whites

Mix Just Whites in water.

Add all ingredients on top of double boiler. Place over simmering water.

Using an electric mixer, beat on a high speed until stiff peaks form.
