Flock of geese chicken salad

Ingredients

8Boneless skinless chicken breast halves; cooked and cubed
2cupsRed seedless grapes; halved
2cupsSalted cashew halves
2Celery ribs; sliced
¾cupMayonnaise
½cupSour cream
1tablespoonTarragon
Lettuce leaves

Directions

In a large bowl, combine the first four ingredients; set aside. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream and tarragon; mix well. Pour over chicken mixture; toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

Serve in a lettuce lined bowl.
