Honey glazed chicken salad

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
200 grams Chicken; boiled and shredded
400 grams Cabbage; chopped fine
1 Cucumber; peeled and cubed
; (150 g)
2 Oranges; peeled, cleaned and
; segmented
1 Tomato; cubed fine (100 g)
1 Stick celery; chopped fine
90 millilitres Honey
40 millilitres Lemon juice
A few sprigs mint leaves; chopped fine
2 Flakes; (4 g) garlic,
Chopped fine
Salt and pepper to taste

FOR THE SALAD

FOR THE HONEY-LIME SAUCE

IN a large boil mix all the salad ingredients. Refrigerate till serving time.

Put all the honey-lime sauce ingredients in a bowl and beat till well mixed.

Add the sauce to the salad just before serving.Serve chilled.
