Flentie's beef noodle soup

Yield: 8 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1½ quart Beef stock
1 can Mushrooms; drained
1 teaspoon Celery seed
1 teaspoon Basil
½ teaspoon Thyme
1 \N Bay leaf
1 cup White wine
1 medium Onion; chopped
3 \N Carrots; sliced
3 \N Rib eye steaks

Cut up steaks into 1" cubes. Brown together steak cubes and onion. In a large soup pot combine all ingredients and bring to a boil. Turn down heat and simmer for 3 hours. Bring heat back up and bring to a boil. Add homemade noodles and boil for 10 minutes. Serve hot. NOTES : I love this soup!!!!!
