Flaxseed muffins

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
cupUnbleached flour
3cupsGround flax seed
1tablespoonBaking powder
cupLight molasses; ( I use black strap as I like the taste) (up to 1/2)
¾cupSoymilk
2tablespoonsOlive oil; ( I have made them without)
½cupEgg sub or 1 egg white
Optional: raisins or some dry fruits

Directions
