Flank steak italiano

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 packs Fat-free Caesar salad dressing
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1 tablespoon Lemon juice
1 pounds Flank steak USDA Choice

Combine the salad dressing mix, oil and juice. Rub onto all surfaces of the steak. Place in storage bag and marinate overnight.

Remove from the refrigerator and prepare the grill for the direct cooking method. Place the steak on the grid and grill for 6 minutes per side for medium doneness. Remove from the grill and let cool for 10 minutes before service. Slice across the grain and serve.
