Ingredients

| 1½ | pounds | Steak, round; 3/4 to 1\" thck |
| 3 | tablespoons | Flour, all-purpose |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Oregano |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 1 | tablespoon | Shortening |
| 15 | ounces | Spaghetti sauce w/mushrooms |
| 10 | ounces | Green beans, Italian; frozn |
| 16 | ounces | Onions, whole; drained |
Directions
Rub steak with mixture of flour and seasonings; reserve remainder of flour mixture. Cut steak into 6 pieces. In large skillet over medium heat, brown steak in hot shortening. Place in baking dish, 11-1/2x7-1/2x1-½". Heat sauce and flour mixture to boiling, stirring constantly. Pour over steak; cover. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Add vegetables; cover and bake 45 minutes.
