Sicilian steak

Measure Ingredient
2 pounds Steak;round
2 cups Tomato;crushed
¼ cup Flour
⅛ teaspoon Mustard;dry
⅛ teaspoon Pepper;ground
½ teaspoon Oregano
1 \N Garlic;minced;clove
1 tablespoon Parsley;chopped
½ teaspoon Rosemary
½ teaspoon Salt
3 tablespoons Olive Oil

Cut steak into serving pieces and pound thin. Mix flour, salt, pepper and dredge meat in mixture. Brown the meat with oil in large skillet.

Pour off the liquid, add tomatoes, oregano, mustard, parsley and garlic.

Cover and simmer about 1 hour.
