4Ripe mangos, peeled and coarsely chopped
½Red onion, peeled and diced
2Jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
4tablespoonsLime juice
2Cloves garlic, minced
4tablespoonsMinced fresh cilantro
2teaspoonsCoarsely ground black pepper
Salt, to taste

Directions

1. In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients well; refrigerate at least one hour to allow flavors to meld.
