First string mango salsa

Measure Ingredient
4 \N Ripe mangos, peeled and coarsely chopped
½ \N Red onion, peeled and diced
2 \N Jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
4 tablespoons Lime juice
2 \N Cloves garlic, minced
4 tablespoons Minced fresh cilantro
2 teaspoons Coarsely ground black pepper
\N \N Salt, to taste

1. In a large bowl, stir together all ingredients well; refrigerate at least one hour to allow flavors to meld.
