|1 can||(15-oz) whole kernel corn; drained|
|1 small||Tomato; chopped|
|1 small||Cucumber; peeled and chopped|
|½ cup||Chopped celery|
|½ cup||Chopped green bell pepper|
|1 small||Onion; chopped|
|¾ cup||Commercial Italian dressing|

Personal notes: This is mighty handy when you need something different and the cupboard and budget are both low. For extra color, substitute 3 green onions, sliced, for the chopped onion. This goes well on a picnic; it doesn't spoil easily.
