Fiesta corn salad

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
1 can (15-oz) whole kernel corn; drained
1 small Tomato; chopped
1 small Cucumber; peeled and chopped
½ cup Chopped celery
½ cup Chopped green bell pepper
1 small Onion; chopped
¾ cup Commercial Italian dressing

Personal notes: This is mighty handy when you need something different and the cupboard and budget are both low. For extra color, substitute 3 green onions, sliced, for the chopped onion. This goes well on a picnic; it doesn't spoil easily.
