2 cans | Whole kernel corn |

2 cans | (small) chopped green chiles; chiles |
1 cup | Parmesan cheese |
Combine corn, salt & pepper to taste. Add remaining ingredients & pour into a buttered 2-quart casserole. Bake at 400 for 45 minutes.
