| 1 | pounds | Lean ground beef |
| ½ | cup | Taco sauce |
| 6 | cups | Torn lettuce |
| 1 | medium | Green bell pepper; cut into strips |
| 2 | mediums | Tomatoes; cut into wedges |
| ½ | cup | Pitted ripe olives; drained |
| 1 | cup | Corn chips |
| 1 | cup | Cheddar cheese; shredded (4 oz) |
| ½ | cup | Thousand Island dressing; if desired |
Directions
Cook ground beef over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Stir in taco sauce; heat through. Toss lettuce, bell pepper, tomatoes, olives and corn chips in large bowl. Spoon heat beef mixture over lettuce mixture; toss. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately with dressing.
