½cupTaco sauce
6cupsTorn lettuce
1mediumGreen bell pepper; cut into strips
2mediumsTomatoes; cut into wedges
½cupPitted ripe olives; drained
1cupCorn chips
1cupCheddar cheese; shredded (4 oz)
½cupThousand Island dressing; if desired

Directions

Cook ground beef over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until brown; drain. Stir in taco sauce; heat through. Toss lettuce, bell pepper, tomatoes, olives and corn chips in large bowl. Spoon heat beef mixture over lettuce mixture; toss. Sprinkle with cheese. Serve immediately with dressing.
