Fettucine pie

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
¾ pounds Ground beef
½ cup Parmesan cheese -- divided
Onion -- chopped
3 Eggs
16 ounces Crushed tomatoes
2 tablespoons Butter -- melted
1 teaspoon Oregano leaves -- crumbled
Parsley -- chopped
Salt and pepper
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
½ cup Mozzarella cheese --
Shredded
4 ounces Fettucini

Brown meat and onion in skillet. Stir in tomatoes, oregano, salt and pepper. Bring to boil. Simmer, uncovered, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes. Remove from heat and add mozzarella and 1/4c parmesan. Let stand 9-12 minutes. Meanwhile, cook fettucine. Bea Let stand 5 minutes. Turn out on round platter.
