Ingredients

| 1 | teaspoon | Ground cinnamon |
| 3 | cups | Sugar |
| 3½ | cup | Flour; sifted |
| ⅔ | cup | Vegetable oil |
| 2 | teaspoons | Baking soda |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | can | Pumpkin |
| ⅔ | cup | Water |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ground nutmeg |
| ⅔ | cup | Pecans; coarsely chopped |
| 1 | Egg | |
Directions
Mix all ingredients together. Pour into well-greased loaf pans. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees. Remove from pan and cool completely on wire rack before wrapping. This may be frozen. From my friend Fay Carrico Keranen Formatted by Judy Garnett
