Pumpkin bread #01

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3½ cup Flour (up to)
2½ cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Baking soda
1½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Allspice
1 teaspoon Nutmeg
2 cups Pumpkin
1 cup Oil
⅔ cup Water
4 Eggs

Combine in large bowl all dry ingredients. Combine pumpkin, oil and water.

Beat eggs and add to oil mixture. Make a well in flour mixture. Add oil mixture and stir until well mixed. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9x5 loaf pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Test with toothpick. Cool 10 minutes before removing from pan. Cool on rack. Makes 2 loaves.
