Pumpkin bread #08

Yield: 32 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3½ cup Flour
2½ cup Sugar
2 teaspoons Baking soda
1½ teaspoon Salt
1 teaspoon Cinnamon
1 teaspoon Nutmeg
2 cups Pureed cooked pumpkin
1 cup Corn oil
⅔ cup Water
4 \N Eggs
1 cup Nuts (optional)

From: pippa@... (Pippa Dillman) Date: 5 Aug 1994 16:34:07 -0400 Grease & Flour 2 loaf pans. Stir together in large bowl flour, sugar, baking soda, salt, cinnamon & nutmeg. Set aside. In second bowl mix together pumpkin, oil & water. Add eggs one at a time mixing well after each egg. Blend together dry & wet ingredients. Pour in pans. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. Check with toothpick.
