Measure | Ingredient |

1¼ cup | Flour; white or wholewheat |
1 cup | Oat bran or oatmeal |
1¼ teaspoon | Cinnamon |
1 tablespoon | Baking powder |
½ cup | Evaporated skim milk |
½ cup | Defrosted apple juice concentrate |
1 \N | Egg -or- |
2 \N | Egg whites or equivilent |
1 \N | Ripe banana; mashed -or- |
½ cup | Applesauce |
1 cup | Fruit; berries, diced peaches, pears; apples, raisins, whatever |
½ cup | Nuts; if you like |
Mix dry ingredients. Stir together wet ingredients except 1 cup fruit.
Blend together wet and dry, add fruit and nuts. Bake 425 for 17 minutes.
