Ingredients

1 | cup | Oat bran or oatmeal |
1¼ | teaspoon | Cinnamon |
1 | tablespoon | Baking powder |
½ | cup | Evaporated skim milk |
½ | cup | Defrosted apple juice concentrate |
1 | Egg -or- | |
2 | Egg whites or equivilent | |
1 | Ripe banana; mashed -or- | |
½ | cup | Applesauce |
1 | cup | Fruit; berries, diced peaches, pears; apples, raisins, whatever |
½ | cup | Nuts; if you like |
Directions
Mix dry ingredients. Stir together wet ingredients except 1 cup fruit.
Blend together wet and dry, add fruit and nuts. Bake 425 for 17 minutes.
