2 | cups | Flour |
3 | teaspoons | Baking powder; heaping |
1 | Egg | |
¾ | cup | Applesauce |
¾ | cup | Pineapple; crushed |
Directions
DIRECTIONS: Mix egg, applesauce and pineapple. When thoroughly mixed, add to flour and baking powder. Add a little water if too stiff.
Bake in muffin pans sprayed with vegetable spray for 20 min. at 350.
Makes 12 muffins.
