Sugar-free, fat-free muffins

Ingredients

| 2 | cups | Flour |
| 3 | teaspoons | Baking powder; heaping |
| 1 | Egg | |
| ¾ | cup | Applesauce |
| ¾ | cup | Pineapple; crushed |
Directions
DIRECTIONS: Mix egg, applesauce and pineapple. When thoroughly mixed, add to flour and baking powder. Add a little water if too stiff.
Bake in muffin pans sprayed with vegetable spray for 20 min. at 350.
Makes 12 muffins.
