Fat-free raspberry muffins

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Sugar
½ teaspoon Salt
2 \N Egg whites
1 cup Skim milk
2 cups Flour
3 teaspoons Baking soda
1½ cup Raspberries

From: as942@... (Heather K. Sawick) Date: 3 Jun 1995 05:48:45 -0600 In a small bowl, combine sugar, salt, egg whites, & milk; mix well. Add flour, baking soda, & raspberries. Combine thoroughly. Pour into baking tins (use non-stick cooking spray on the tins). Bake 15-20 minutes in a 425 degree oven. Makes 6 big or 12 little muffins. yummy! REC.FOOD.RECIPES
