Fat-free brownie oat cookies

Ingredients

1cupQuick oats
cupUnsweetened cocoa
1teaspoonBaking powder
¼teaspoonSalt
2Egg whites
cupKaro light or dark corn syrup
1teaspoonVanilla

Directions

Spray cookie sheets with cooking spray. In large bowl combine dry ingredients. Add egg whites, corn syrup and vanilla; stir until dry ingredients are moistened. (Batter will be very thick. ) Drop by teaspoonfuls onto prepared cookie sheet. Bake in 350 degree F oven 10 minutes or until set (do not over-cook). Cool 5 minutes on cookie sheet.
