Farmer cheese-cheese cake

Measure Ingredient
\N \N Cookie crumbs
4 \N Eggs separated
1¼ pounds Farmer cheese
1 cup Sugar
1 pack Vanilla sugar
¼ cup Orange juice
3 tablespoons Flour

Break up vanilla, animal or any flavor cookie you like (coarse pieces).

Beat egg whites until frothy. Add ½ cup sugar gradually and continue beating until peaks form. In a separate bowl - mix yolks+½ c sugar+cheese+vanilla+oj Mix whites and cheese mixture together. Stir in flour.

Grease 9x13 pan Spread ½ the crumbs on the bottom of the pan. Spread cheese mixture evenly in pan. Top with the rest of the crumbs Bake 350 degrees approx. 15-20 minutes (my oven takes longer).
