Homemade farmer's cheese

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
\N \N (Similar to Boursin brand of
\N \N Cheese available in stores)
1½ cup Cream cheese, 12 ounces
¼ cup Butter
1 tablespoon Minced garlic
1 tablespoon Chopped basil
1 tablespoon Chopped chervil
1 tablespoon Chopped parsley
\N \N Salt and white pepper

In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and blend until smooth. Spoon the cheese onto plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to marry.

Yield: 1¾ cups
