English barley bread

1 cup Water
2 tablespoons Cooking oil
2 cups Bread flour
½ cup Barley Flour
½ cup Whole wheat flour
3 tablespoons Molasses; Or Brown Sugar
3 tablespoons Nonfat dry milk powder
1 teaspoon Salt
¾ teaspoon Ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon Active dry yeast

FOR 1½ LB LOAF

Select loaf size. Add ingredients to machine according to manufacturer's directions.

Per serving: 75 calories, 2 g protein, 14 g carbohydrate, 1 g total fat (0 g saturated), 0 mg cholesterol, 104 mg sodium, 108 mg potassium.

Nutritional calculations based on 16 servings per one lb loaf.
