|3 cups||Self-rising flour|
|2 tablespoons||Sugar, rounded|
|12 ounces||Beer, room temperature|
|1½ teaspoon||Dillweed, cheese OR Bacon bits (opt)|
|½ cup||Butter, melted|
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix first five ingredients together well.
Pour into greased 9x5-inch loaf pan. Bake for 30 minutes. Pour butter over top and bake 10 minutes more or until brown. Best when eaten warm.
