English white bread

2 cups Powdered milk
2 tablespoons Sugar
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
1 teaspoon Salt
1 \N Whole egg
¾ cup Water

1½ pound: active dry yeast 1½ tsp bread flour 3 cups powdered milk 3 TBS sugar 3 TBS vegetable oil 3 TBS salt 1 ½ tsp whole egg 1 additional egg yolk 1 water 1 cup, PLUS: water 2 TBS Load ingredients according to your manufacturer's instructions.

**If you bread tends to be a little doughy, cut back slightly on the vegetable oil
