Irish bread

Measure Ingredient
¼ pounds Butter
2½ teaspoon Baking powder
½ cup Sugar
¼ teaspoon Salt
2 eaches Eggs
1 cup Milk
2½ cup Flour
1 cup Raisins

Cream butter and sugar. Mix flour, salt, baking powder, and add to butter mixture alternately with milk. Add raisins. Pour into 8" X 8" pan. Bake at 350 degrees one hour. Mrs. Bernard Mahon
