Emu goulash

Measure Ingredient
1 \N Stick butter
3 \N Onions sliced
1½ tablespoon Paprika
1 can (6-oz) tomato puree
1½ ounce Vinegar
1 can Beef stock
2 pounds Emu meat cut into cubes
1 dash Sugar and garlic

From: Christine Trow <gecho@...> Date: Fri, 09 Aug 1996 21:50:49 -0700 Melt butter in large pot with cover , add all of the ingredients, stir, cover and cool 3-3½ hours until tender and thick. You can cook this in a crock pot. Serve over noodles with sour cream or cottage cheese on top.
