Emeril's creole seasoning

Measure Ingredient
2½ tablespoon Paprika
2 tablespoons Garlic powder
2 tablespoons Black pepper
1 tablespoon Red pepper, ground
1 tablespoon Thyme
1 tablespoon Oregano
1 tablespoon Onion, dried

In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients.

Transfer to a small jar and store in a cool, dry place. Makes about ⅔ cup.
