Emeril's creole sesoning

Yield: 1 Cup

Measure Ingredient
2½ tablespoon Paprika
2 tablespoons Salt
2 tablespoons Garlic powder
1 tablespoon Black pepper
1 tablespoon Onion powder
1 tablespoon Cayenne
1 tablespoon Dried oregano
1 tablespoon Dried thyme

In a bowl stir together the paprika, the salt, the garlic powder, the black pepper, the onion powder, the cayenne, the oregano, and the thyme. The Creole seasoning keeps in airtight container for 6 months.
