Creole seafood seasoning

Measure Ingredient
⅓ cup Plus 1 tablespoon, salt
⅓ cup Plus 1 tablespoon, paprika
⅓ cup Cayenne pepper
¼ cup Black pepper
¼ cup Granulated garlic
3 tablespoons Granulated onion
2 tablespoons Thyme

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix thoroughly. Can be stored indefinitly in tightly lidded glass jar.

Great with Pat's Shrimp Creole.
