| ⅓ | cup | Plus 1 tablespoon, paprika |
| ⅓ | cup | Cayenne pepper |
| ¼ | cup | Black pepper |
| ¼ | cup | Granulated garlic |
| 3 | tablespoons | Granulated onion |
| 2 | tablespoons | Thyme |
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix thoroughly. Can be stored indefinitly in tightly lidded glass jar.
Great with Pat's Shrimp Creole.
