Ed's teriyaki sauce - the best

Yield: 3 servings

Measure Ingredient
1 large Flank steak
¼ cup Soy sauce
3 tablespoons Honey
2 tablespoons Vinegar
1½ teaspoon Garlic powder or salt
1½ teaspoon Ground ginger
¾ cup Salad oil

Mix and blend well at low speed for 10 minutes. Pour the mixture over the steak. Turn in the mixture and refrigerate over night. Turn over in the morning. Marinate about 24 hrs. Charcoal broil 5-6 mins. on each side for medium rare. Slice into thin strips across the grain.
