Yield: 6 Servings
|8 slices||Bacon; cooked and crumbled|
|4 cups||Sliced cooked potatoes|
|½ cup||Sliced green onions|
|⅓ cup||Italian dressing|
|½ cup||Parmesan cheese|
Combine bacon, potatoes, onions and dressing in a medium saucepan. Cook over low heat until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in cheese. Variation: Cook and slice potatoes and put in a casserole. Pour sauce over and heat in oven. Yield: 6 servings.
