Hot parmesan potato salad

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
8slicesBacon; cooked and crumbled
4cupsSliced cooked potatoes
½cupSliced green onions
cupItalian dressing
½cupParmesan cheese

Directions

Combine bacon, potatoes, onions and dressing in a medium saucepan. Cook over low heat until thoroughly heated, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and stir in cheese. Variation: Cook and slice potatoes and put in a casserole. Pour sauce over and heat in oven. Yield: 6 servings.
