Easy holiday fruit cake

2 Fruit cake

Ingredients

1pack1 lb 3 oz white cake mix
1Egg
¼cupWater
1teaspoonSalt
1teaspoonLemon extract
3Eggs
½cupSifted all purpose flour
1poundsLight raisins
1poundsWhole pecans
½poundsWhole candied cherries
½poundsCandied pineapple, cut into strips.

Directions

Line two greased 8½ x 4 ½ x 2 ½ inch loaf pans with waxed paper; grease paper.

Combine cake mix, egg, water, salt and lemon extract in large bowl of electric mixer. Beat two minutes at medium speed. Add 3 eggs; b eat w minutes longer.

Mix flour and remaining ingredients; stir into cake batter.

Pour into the two prepared pans.

Bake at 275 degrees for about two hours.
