Easy holiday fruit cake

Ingredients

| 1 | pack | 1 lb 3 oz white cake mix |
| 1 | Egg | |
| ¼ | cup | Water |
| 1 | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Lemon extract |
| 3 | Eggs | |
| ½ | cup | Sifted all purpose flour |
| 1 | pounds | Light raisins |
| 1 | pounds | Whole pecans |
| ½ | pounds | Whole candied cherries |
| ½ | pounds | Candied pineapple, cut into strips. |
Directions
Line two greased 8½ x 4 ½ x 2 ½ inch loaf pans with waxed paper; grease paper.
Combine cake mix, egg, water, salt and lemon extract in large bowl of electric mixer. Beat two minutes at medium speed. Add 3 eggs; b eat w minutes longer.
Mix flour and remaining ingredients; stir into cake batter.
Pour into the two prepared pans.
Bake at 275 degrees for about two hours.
