Cajun rice

| 2 | tablespoons | MAZOLA corn oil |
| 1 | cup | Uncooked rice |
| 1 | large | Onion, chopped |
| 1 | large | Green pepper, chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | Minced garlic |
| 1 | can | (14 1/2 to 16 oz) stewed tomatoes, undrained |
| 1¼ | cup | Water |
| ½ | teaspoon | Hot pepper sauce |
Directions
1. In medium skillet heat corn oil over medium-high heat. Add rice, onion, pepper and garlic; cook, stirring, 3 minutes. Stir in undrained tomatoes, water and hot pepper sauce, breaking tomatoes with a spoon. Bring to a boil.
2. Reduce heat. Cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed and rice is tender.
