Measure | Ingredient |

1 cup | Chopped onion |
2 tablespoons | Butter |
¾ cup | Catsup |
1 tablespoon | Worchestershire sauce |
1 pack | (16-oz) frankfurters; sliced |
⅓ cup | Green peppers |
1 cup | Beef broth |
3 cups | Cooked brown rice |
Saute onions and peppers in butter until tender. Stir in broth, catsup and Worcestershire sauce. Heat. Add franks and rice. Turn into a greased, shallow 2-quart casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
