Dumpling cake

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Oil
2 eaches Eggs

OR 2 tbsp psyllium seeds boiled with ½ cup water (??) 3 cups rice or corn flour OR 1-½ cups of each 2 tsp baking powder 2 cups water or stock ½ sweet potato OR 1 carrot 2 or more garlic cloves 2 tsp garlic powder 2 tsp curry powder 1 tsp salt Blend water, sweet potato or carrot, and garlic in blender. beat oil with eggs or egg substitute. Add flour, baking powder, garlic powder, curry powder, and salt. Add liquid and mix all ingredients quickly. Pour into 9x9 inch baking pan and bake at 350F until an inserted toothpick come out clean.
